Molly’s Home and Pet offers a simple wash, dry and fold laundry service, with optional ironing available for selected items. Whether you need help with one small load or a larger weekly catch-up, our door-to-door service is designed to make laundry easier.
Simply book your laundry service and our team will arrange a suitable time to collect your items from your door.
Once collected, your laundry is weighed before washing so we can provide fair and accurate pricing. Your laundry is then washed, dried and neatly folded, with an invoice sent before delivery. Once payment has been received, we arrange a drop-off time and return your fresh laundry to your door.
Unlike many laundry services, we have no minimum order amount, making our service ideal for busy families, workers, seniors, carers, regular cleaning clients, DVA clients and NDIS plan-managed clients.
Pickup and delivery is only charged once per order. Existing Molly’s Home and Pet clients with a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning service receive free pickup and delivery.
For eligible clients, DVA services are billed directly to DVA. NDIS laundry services can be billed to plan managers.
Clothes Washing Service Prices
Wash, Dry & Fold — per 5 kg
$25
Our wash, dry and fold service is charged per 5 kg. Usually returned within 24 hours of pickup, depending on order size, extras and availability.
Laundry Pickup and Delivery
$10
Pickup and delivery is only charged once per order. Existing Molly’s Home and Pet regular cleaning clients receive free pickup and delivery.

Ironing - Regular clothing
$3 per item
This includes everyday clothing and standard items such as kids’ clothes, pillowcases, T-shirts, shorts, skirts, jeans, trousers, business shirts, blouses, and simple dresses.
Ironing - Complex clothing / Larger item
$7.50 per item
This includes bedding, tablecloths, and more detailed garments such as maxi-length dresses, puff sleeves, pleating, tiered styles, frills, saris, and other items that require extra time and care.

$5 per item

$3 per load

What detergent do you use?
We use a fragrance-free laundry detergent. Fabric softener can also be added on request.
How soon can you pickup my laundry?
Once we receive your booking, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time as soon as possible. Same-day pickup may be available depending on our schedule and availability.
What should I put my laundry in for pickup?
You can place your laundry in a basket, hamper, laundry bag or any clean bag that is easy for us to collect. If you do not have something suitable, let us know when booking and we can bring a laundry bag for you to use.
How long does your wash, dry and fold laundry service take?
We aim for a 24-hour turnaround wherever possible, depending on order volume, pickup times and availability.
What days does your laundry service operate?
Our laundry service operates Monday to Saturday, subject to availability.
How do you wash my laundry?
We sort laundry into lights, darks and delicates before washing. Delicate items are handled with care, and washed in a mesh laundry bag where possible.
Do you treat stains?
We include light stain treatment free of charge on suitable items. While we take care with stains, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Where do you service for pickup and delivery?
Yes. We offer laundry pickup and delivery across Ipswich, Logan, South side Brisbane and surrounding areas, depending on availability and pickup routes.
Do you wash pet bedding and blankets?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer washing for pet bedding, pet blankets or heavily soiled pet items. We may look at offering this in the future, but for now we need to avoid the risk of fur, odours or contamination affecting our washing and drying machines.
This helps us keep our machines clean and safe for all customer laundry.
